**Description**: A ashen middle aged bald Russian man with sunken piercing blue eyes and a thick black beard. He eminates an aura of primordial menace that only comes when a kindred has forgotten how to be human. He dresses in tailored suits and wears golden rings on both of his hands. He speaks with a thick Russian accent and smokes cheap Russian cigars.

====Relationships====
He is often accompanied by 2 young Russian men, small statured teenagers of maybe 17/18. Alexi and Dmityr.

Not far from his side is a female kindred, [[character:Raisa]], who is visibly submissive to him. She calls him "Uncle" which could be a holdover from her mortal life in the Soviet Union.

Malenkov is a member of the Lasombra delegation to Chicago to negotiate the clan joining the Camarilla.
